Selling Digital Products
Step 1: Log in to Your YSOB Site
- Open your web browser and log in to youre YSOB website.
- Enter your username and password that have been sent to you via email.
Step 2: Access the WooCommerce Dashboard
- After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the YSOB dashboard.
- From the left-side menu, click on “Products” to access the WooCommerce dashboard.
Step 3: Add a New Product
- In the WooCommerce dashboard, click on the “Add New” button to create a new product.
Step 4: Enter Product Details
- On the “Add New Product” screen, enter the necessary details for your physical product.
Step 5: Upload the Downloadable File
- Scroll down to the “Product Data” section.
- Under the “General” tab, select the “Downloadable” checkbox.
- Click on the “Choose File” button to upload the downloadable file.
Step 6: Set Product Categories and Tags
- Scroll down to the “Product Categories” and “Product Tags” sections.
- Assign appropriate categories and tags to help organize and categorize your product.
Step 7: Add Product Images
- Below the categories and tags sections, you’ll find the “Product Image” area.
- Click on the “Set product image” link to upload and set a featured image for your product.
Step 8: Configure Product Settings
- Further down the “Add New Product” screen, you’ll find various settings for your product.
- Configure options such as inventory, shipping, linked products, and more according to your needs.
Step 9: Publish the Product
- Once you have entered all the necessary details and configured the settings, click on the “Publish” button.
Congratulations! You have successfully added a physical product to your YSOB’s WooCommerce webshop. Feel free to repeat these steps to add more products as needed.
