WordPress Support Representative

Are you a service-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others? Do you have a passion for WordPress and are ready to support our clients in optimizing their use of our platform? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

You have experience with WordPress, Elementor, Woocommerce, Learn and Community software, Calendar and Event support systems.

You must have at least 10 hours a week available to work for us.

We are Your Site, Our Business, a rapidly growing organization committed to empowering mission-driven entrepreneurs. We facilitate their journey by providing a seamless, fully designed WordPress multisite platform tailored to their needs.

What are you going to do?

As a WordPress Support Representative, your role will be vital in ensuring our clients can effectively use our platform. You will be the point of contact for any queries, issues, or suggestions, providing top-quality service to help our clients make the most of what we offer.

Your job description is dynamic and flexibel. You work from home, but we will work closely together online. 

  • There is a lot of room for you to grow and for your ideas and initiatives to be executed.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Someone who is service-oriented and passionate about helping others. Providing excellent customer support should be second nature to you.
  • Someone with a solid understanding of WordPress, Elementor and common plugins and is comfortable troubleshooting common issues.
  • Someone who understands what mission-driven entrepreneurs deal with and what they need to be successful in their mission.
  • Someone who takes responsibility for resolving client queries, working towards quick and efficient solutions.
  • Someone who can communicate effectively, explaining technical information in a way that’s easy for our clients to understand.
  • Someone with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude who enjoys problem-solving and facing challenges head-on.
  • Someone willing to commit for the long term (at least 5 years) and prepared to invest in the relationship with us, the customers, and other co-creators.
  • Someone who values communication, connection, equality, and respect.
  • Someone who can work agile, process-oriented, and according to the Scrum methodology.
  • Someone who takes responsibility for their work and emotions, is willing to face challenges, and can grow from experiences.
  • Someone with a positive, solution-focused attitude and can exude a ‘we can do this’, ‘we are doing this’, ‘we are going for it’ mentality.
  • Someone who feels and understands what our mission means and can convey it.

  • WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce. 
  • Popular plugins as learndash, buddyboss, Amelia, Fluent (support) Suite and Events Manager.

What do we need more!

  • You are strong in thinking outside of the box.
  • You are as comfortable working alone, as you are working in a team.
  • You are capable of explaining technical stuff in a way our customers can understand it. 
  • You like recording video’s (In English) to explain how our clients can use our product. 
  • You speak (and write) English very well. 😉

Step 1: We find out if we are into each other 😍

Step 2: We plan our first date

During our first meeting we get to know each other a little better and share our drives and dreams with each other, to see if we our mutual interest can blossom into something more.

Step 3: Going deeper in the relationship

During our second meeting we will share our "Source Code" with you; the Source of our Business so we can investigate on a deeper level of our way of working and vision resonate with you.

Step 4: Are we a match made in heaven?

During our third meeting we get to know each other on an even deeper level. We show you how we have build the platform and you can ask us all of your questions about the back-end system and share some more about your skills and the vision you have for the YSOB Platform.

Step 5: Getting Married.

If we feel a "yes" in working together, we will meet live (if you live in the Netherlands) for this final stage of our selection process. We will share our commitments to the YSOB Source and we will guide you in making your own commitment to the Source of our business. Building relationships is very important in our co-creation, and after this final step, we have build a strong foundation and we are ready for a long and lasting co-creative marriage 🤗
